Lifetime care for your Dear Tingle device

An optional, one-time protection add-on covering manufacturing defects and accidental damage to a Dear Tingle device purchased with this cover.

Keep your order confirmation. To request help, email info@deartingle.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement of the covered device. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, we will refund the covered device’s original purchase price.

This cover is for the original purchaser and covered device. It does not cover loss or theft. Never send intimate photos or videos: any requested photo should show only the device.

Your legal rights and Dear Tingle’s 99-day return offer apply independently; you do not need this optional add-on to exercise them. If your covered device purchase is refunded under the 99-day offer, the associated warranty add-on is refunded too.
