Tracking Says Label Created: Has Your Order Shipped?
A tracking number can exist before a carrier has the parcel. Read the actual status and its explanation instead of treating the arrival of a tracking email as proof that transit has begun.
What a label status can mean
UPS explains that Label Created means it has received shipment and billing details from the sender. Its Shipped/On the Way status indicates that it has received the shipment and it is moving through the network. Other carriers may use different wording, so use the help page linked from your own tracking record.
Separate preparation from travel
An order can be in preparation, handed over or travelling toward delivery. When a shop gives separate preparation and transport windows, do not count them as interchangeable stages. Check whether the stated days are business days and when each period starts.
This guide does not replace Dear Tingle's current delivery estimate or promise a particular arrival date.
Ask a useful question
If tracking has not advanced beyond the expected preparation period, send support the order number, carrier, tracking status and last update time. Ask whether carrier handover has occurred and what next update to expect. There is no need to share your address publicly in a comment.
Keep the original tracking link
Use the link from the verified order record or the carrier's official site. A new text claiming that a parcel needs an extra payment should not be accepted just because you are waiting for a delivery.
For Dear Tingle, keep the confirmation and tracking messages together so the timeline is clear. A label, an estimate and a delivered scan each tell you something different.
