How to Find the Correct Manual for Your Vibrator

Rostan Machane ·

The correct manual is the one that matches your exact product, not the first PDF with a similar photograph. Start with the order confirmation and any model code on the packaging. A retailer's product name and a manufacturer's model number may be different.

Make a small identity record

Write down the shop, purchase date, product name, model code if available, and colour or version. Add a photograph of the entire device and a close-up of the controls and charging connection. These details help distinguish products that share a silhouette but use different electronics.

For Dear Tingle orders, contact support with the order number privately. Ask for the instructions corresponding to the unit you received, especially if the listing or product name has changed.

Compare the manual with the object

  • Does the illustration show the same number and arrangement of buttons?
  • Does it describe the same charging connector?
  • Does it identify the same included remote or accessories?
  • Does the model or version match the packaging?
  • Are cleaning and water-use limits stated clearly?

If one of these details conflicts, ask the seller to resolve it before following the disputed step. A manual for a related model may give a different button sequence, charging method or cleaning instruction.

Prefer an identifiable publisher

Manufacturers may provide manuals in their support section; LELO's site includes a manual directory, for example. That can be a useful way to find instructions for that manufacturer's products. It does not identify an unrelated product sold under another name.

Be cautious with downloads that ask you to install software just to read a manual. A simple instruction document should be clearly identified. Keep the seller's confirmation with the document if they send the correct version directly.

Save the parts you will need again

Keep the power, stop, charging and care instructions available offline. Label the file with the model and version rather than “manual.pdf.” Store it with your receipt so replacement cables and support requests are easier later.

Our charging guide explains the details to look for; the model's own manual remains the authority for its actual operating steps.
